2. Information we collect
Account and billing information
Name, email address, organization details, authentication data, plan selection, and billing-related identifiers. Online payments are processed by Paddle; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Customer content
Datasets, training configurations, model metadata, predictions, and related operational logs you submit to CogniQ to operate the product.
Usage and technical data
IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, feature usage, approximate location derived from IP, and diagnostic logs needed for security and reliability.
Communications
Support requests and emails you send to us.
3. How we use information
- Provide, secure, and maintain CogniQ
- Authenticate users and enforce plan quotas
- Process subscriptions via Paddle
- Respond to support and sales inquiries
- Monitor abuse, prevent fraud, and comply with law

We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and dispute purposes. Customer datasets and model artifacts are retained while your account needs them and may be deleted after account closure or upon verified request, subject to backups and legal holds.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to a SaaS product, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Your rights
